Thời gian phản hồi dự kiến: trong 2 ngày làm việc, theo giờ Việt Nam (UTC+7). Khi gửi yêu cầu, hãy nêu phiên bản iOS/iPadOS, loại thiết bị, bước gây lỗi và ảnh chụp nếu phù hợp. Không gửi mật khẩu, bearer token hoặc thông tin nhạy cảm của trẻ.
Micrô không nhận nốt
- Mở Cài đặt trên iPhone/iPad và cho phép Music To Joy sử dụng micrô.
- Giảm tiếng ồn, đưa thiết bị gần đàn và thử từng nốt rõ ràng.
- Kiểm tra đã chọn chế độ Micrô thay vì MIDI.
- Đóng rồi mở lại bài luyện. Nếu vẫn lỗi, gửi tên mẫu thiết bị và mô tả; không cần gửi bản ghi âm.
MIDI không kết nối
Bật và kết nối đàn phím MIDI trước khi vào bài, kiểm tra cáp, bộ chuyển đổi hoặc Bluetooth MIDI, rồi chọn lại nguồn MIDI. Thử ngắt và kết nối lại thiết bị.
Đăng nhập và tiến độ
Kiểm tra kết nối tới máy chủ và địa chỉ email. Nếu phiên hết hiệu lực, hãy đăng nhập lại. Chọn đúng Joy Profile vì tiến độ được lưu riêng cho từng hồ sơ.
Gói sản phẩm và thanh toán
Music To Joy chưa mở bán đăng ký. Cấu trúc sản phẩm gồm Free, Plus và Family. Khi mua trong ứng dụng được phát hành, hãy kiểm tra giá, tiền tệ, thời hạn và điều kiện do App Store địa phương hiển thị trước khi xác nhận.
Khi sản phẩm được mở bán, đăng ký tự động gia hạn cho tới khi bị hủy trong phần Đăng ký của Tài khoản Apple. Apple xử lý thanh toán và yêu cầu hoàn tiền theo quy trình của Apple. Xóa ứng dụng hoặc Joy Space không tự hủy đăng ký Apple. Nếu cần hỗ trợ, hãy gửi ảnh màn hình không chứa dữ liệu thanh toán nhạy cảm; không gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã xác thực.
Tài khoản Teacher miễn phí
Teacher miễn phí chỉ dành cho giáo viên đã được xác minh/phê duyệt và không phải gói Family hay quyền Premium có thể chuyển cho học viên. Giáo viên chỉ được dùng các tính năng hỗ trợ được cung cấp và xem tiến độ khi đã có sự đồng ý phù hợp. Quyền Premium của người học vẫn phụ thuộc vào đăng ký Joy Space hợp lệ hoặc chương trình khuyến mại được công bố rõ.
Xóa tài khoản
Trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt → Xóa Joy Space → xác nhận. Thao tác này xóa Joy Space cùng các hồ sơ, mã phiên, tiến độ, lượt luyện và sự kiện nốt liên quan trong cơ sở dữ liệu; không thể hoàn tác. Nếu không truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy liên hệ innodigivietnam@gmail.com từ email đăng ký để được xác minh.
Quyền riêng tư và trẻ em
Câu hỏi về dữ liệu: innodigivietnam@gmail.com. Phụ huynh nên dùng biệt danh cho hồ sơ trẻ và giám sát mọi liên hệ ra ngoài ứng dụng.

Email innodigivietnam@gmail.com. Expected response: within two business days, Vietnam time (UTC+7). Include iOS/iPadOS version, device model, reproduction steps, and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords, bearer tokens, or sensitive child information.
Microphone does not detect notes
- Allow Microphone access in device Settings.
- Reduce noise, move the device closer, and play one clear note.
- Confirm Microphone—not MIDI—is selected.
- Reopen the lesson. If it persists, send device details; no audio recording is needed.
MIDI does not connect
Connect or enable the keyboard before practice, check the cable/adapter or Bluetooth MIDI, then select MIDI again.
Login and progress
Check the server connection and email. Sign in again if the session expired. Select the intended Joy Profile because progress is profile-specific.
Product plans and billing
Music To Joy does not yet offer subscriptions. The product structure includes Free, Plus and Family. When in-app purchase is released, review the price, currency, duration and terms shown by the local App Store before confirming.
When products become available, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in Apple Account subscription settings. Apple processes billing and refund requests under its procedures. Deleting the app or Joy Space does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. For support, send only screenshots without sensitive payment data; never send passwords or verification codes.
Free Teacher accounts
Free Teacher access is limited to verified/approved teachers and is not a Family plan or transferable learner Premium entitlement. Teachers may use only the provided support features and view learning progress with appropriate consent. Learner Premium access still depends on a valid Joy Space subscription or a clearly disclosed promotion.
Delete account
In the app: Settings → Delete Joy Space → confirm. This permanently removes linked profiles, tokens, progress, attempts, and note events from the database. If app access is unavailable, email innodigivietnam@gmail.com from the registered address for verification.
Privacy and children
Data questions: innodigivietnam@gmail.com. Parents should use a nickname for a child profile and supervise external contact.
