Điều khoản sử dụng

1. Chấp thuận và đối tượng
Khi tạo Joy Space hoặc dùng Music To Joy, bạn đồng ý các điều khoản này. Nếu người học chưa đủ tuổi tự chấp thuận, phụ huynh/người giám hộ phải tạo hoặc cho phép tài khoản và chịu trách nhiệm giám sát.
2. Dịch vụ
Music To Joy hỗ trợ học và luyện piano, dùng micro hoặc MIDI để nhận biết nốt và lưu tiến độ. Ứng dụng là công cụ giáo dục, không bảo đảm một kết quả học tập cụ thể và không thay thế giáo viên hay tư vấn chuyên môn.
3. Tài khoản
Bạn phải cung cấp thông tin chính xác, bảo vệ mật khẩu/thiết bị, chỉ tạo hồ sơ trẻ em khi có thẩm quyền, và thông báo innodigivietnam@gmail.com nếu nghi ngờ truy cập trái phép. Không dùng dịch vụ để gây hại, phá hệ thống, truy cập dữ liệu người khác hoặc vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ.
4. Nội dung và quyền sử dụng
Ứng dụng, mã, thiết kế và nội dung bài học thuộc CÔNG TY TNHH INNODIGI VIỆT NAM hoặc bên cấp phép. Bạn được quyền sử dụng cá nhân, có giới hạn, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng. Không sao chép, bán, phân phối hoặc đảo ngược trái pháp luật.
5. Micrô, kết quả nhận nốt và an toàn
Bạn quyết định cấp quyền sử dụng micrô. Nhận nốt có thể sai do nhạc cụ, tiếng ồn hoặc thiết bị; hãy kiểm tra âm lượng và bảo vệ thính giác. Không dùng kết quả chấm như một quyết định có hậu quả pháp lý hoặc sức khỏe.
6. Phí và mua hàng
Trạng thái hiện tại: đăng ký trả phí chưa được mở bán trong ứng dụng. Các điều khoản dưới đây mô tả phương án thương mại Việt Nam v1 đã được phê duyệt, nhưng chỉ áp dụng khi sản phẩm tương ứng xuất hiện và có thể mua trong App Store.
Cấu trúc sản phẩm gồm Free, Plus và Family. Music To Joy chưa mở bán đăng ký trên website. Khi tính năng mua trong ứng dụng được phát hành, App Store địa phương sẽ hiển thị giá, tiền tệ, thời hạn và điều kiện áp dụng trước khi người dùng xác nhận.
Khi đăng ký được mở, thanh toán và gia hạn được quản lý qua Tài khoản Apple theo thông tin hiển thị tại thời điểm xác nhận. Người dùng có thể quản lý hoặc hủy trong phần quản lý đăng ký của Tài khoản Apple. Việc hủy đăng ký không tự xóa Joy Space.
Apple xử lý thanh toán, hủy và yêu cầu hoàn tiền theo điều kiện, tính đủ điều kiện và quy trình của Apple cùng pháp luật áp dụng. Music To Joy không thể tự phê duyệt khoản hoàn tiền do Apple thu. Việc xóa ứng dụng hoặc Joy Space không tự hủy đăng ký Apple; người dùng phải hủy riêng trong Tài khoản Apple.
Tài khoản Teacher miễn phí chỉ dành cho giáo viên đã được xác minh/phê duyệt để hỗ trợ học tập. Đây không phải Apple Family Sharing, không được chuyển nhượng và không tự cấp Plus/Family cho học viên. Quyền Premium của người học vẫn cần đăng ký hợp lệ của Joy Space hoặc chương trình khuyến mại rõ ràng, có thể kiểm tra. Giáo viên chỉ được xem tiến độ đã được đồng ý và không được truy cập dữ liệu của gia đình khác.
7. Chấm dứt và xóa
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng hoặc xóa tài khoản trong phần Cài đặt. Việc xóa là vĩnh viễn đối với dữ liệu liên kết trong cơ sở dữ liệu. Chúng tôi có thể hạn chế tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản hoặc gây rủi ro bảo mật, theo pháp luật áp dụng.
8. Từ chối bảo đảm và giới hạn
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, dịch vụ được cung cấp theo hiện trạng; có thể gián đoạn hoặc có lỗi. Trách nhiệm không bị loại trừ khi pháp luật cấm. Đối với bản phát hành đầu tại Việt Nam, điều khoản này dự kiến chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam; tranh chấp được ưu tiên giải quyết bằng thương lượng, sau đó tại tòa án Việt Nam có thẩm quyền. Quyền bắt buộc của người tiêu dùng tại nơi cư trú vẫn được bảo lưu.

1. Acceptance and children
By creating a Joy Space or using Music To Joy, you agree to these terms. If a learner cannot legally consent, a parent or guardian must create or authorize and supervise the account.
2. Service
Music To Joy supports piano learning, detects notes through microphone or MIDI, and saves progress. It is an educational aid, does not guarantee a particular outcome, and does not replace a teacher or professional advice.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and devices, create child profiles only with authority, and report suspected misuse to innodigivietnam@gmail.com. Do not harm the service, access others' data, or infringe rights.
4. Content license
The app, code, design, and lesson content belong to INNODIGI VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Do not unlawfully copy, sell, distribute, or reverse engineer them.
5. Microphone and detection
You choose whether to grant microphone access. Detection may be inaccurate because of instruments, noise, or hardware. Protect hearing and do not use scoring for decisions with legal or health effects.
6. Payments
Current status: paid subscriptions are not yet offered in the app. The following clauses describe the approved Vietnam v1 commercial plan and apply only when the corresponding products are displayed and available to purchase through the App Store.
The product structure includes Free, Plus and Family. Music To Joy does not sell subscriptions on this website. When in-app purchase is released, the local App Store will display the applicable price, currency, duration and terms before confirmation.
When subscriptions are enabled, payment and renewal are managed through the Apple Account under the information shown at confirmation. Users can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete the Joy Space.
Apple processes billing, cancellation, and refund requests under Apple's rules, eligibility decisions, procedures, and applicable law. Music To Joy cannot directly approve a refund for a charge collected by Apple. Deleting the app or Joy Space does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; it must be cancelled separately through the Apple Account.
A free Teacher account is limited to verified/approved teachers for learning support. It is not Apple Family Sharing, is not transferable, and does not automatically grant Plus or Family access to learners. Learner Premium access still requires a valid Joy Space subscription or an explicit, auditable promotion. Teachers may access only consented learning progress and must not access another family's data.
7. Termination and deletion
You may stop use or delete the account in Settings. Deletion permanently removes linked database data. We may restrict misuse or security threats as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and may be interrupted or contain errors. For the initial Vietnam release, these terms are intended to be governed by Vietnamese law; disputes should first be negotiated and then submitted to a competent Vietnamese court. Mandatory consumer rights in the user's place of residence remain unaffected.
